1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders placed on www.proxchnge.com undergo processing and quality inspection prior to shipment.

• Processing SLA: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the following business day.
• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an immediate automated email confirmation detailing your purchase.

2. Estimated Shipping & Transit Times

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time (1–3 Days) + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination address:

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate calculated at checkout (typically $4.99 – $7.99 depending on item weight).
• Free Shipping Promotion: We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders meeting advertised promotional thresholds (e.g., orders over $49.00 USD).

4. Package Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your official tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number for carrier scanning updates to reflect on the logistics portal.

5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT Disclosures

For cross-border international shipments, items may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, and value-added taxes (VAT) levied by the destination country’s customs authority.

• Buyer Responsibility: Unless explicitly stated as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout, all import duties, tariffs, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.
• European Union (EU VAT): Orders delivered to EU member states adhere to applicable EU import VAT rules. Any local clearing fees charged by national postal authorities are borne by the buyer.
• Customs Delays: Auvoras is not responsible for shipment delays caused by international customs clearance checks.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures

• Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. If you discover an error, contact us within 12 hours at vexaro7284@outlook.com.
• Undelivered / Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the local post office, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Stolen or Lost Packages: Once a carrier confirms delivery with GPS/signature proof to the designated address, Auvoras is not liable for packages stolen post-delivery. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
